Along the Paddy Field in Ho Sheung Heung, 2022
An art project focused on local agriculture and ecology, with the main theme being "EATING." We encouraged the public to reconsider the value of agriculture today and question whether food merely serves to satisfy basic needs. The Conservancy Association Hong Kong initiated a rice cultivation project in 2012, aiming to preserve the ecosystem and traditional farming practices. Their goal is to link ecology, agriculture, and urban life. In the exhibition, we presented these concepts to the public through cooking and handicraft workshops, visits to local farms, art exhibitions, and creative games.
